Personalisation & proofing:
At checkout, you’ll be asked to provide the email address where your sign wording will be sent. After ordering, we’ll contact you via email to request the text required for your signage. Please ensure all wording is supplied clearly and exactly as you’d like it to appear.
 
A digital PDF proof will be emailed to you within 5 working days for approval. This is your opportunity to check all content, spelling and layout and request any final changes. Once approved, the design will be sent to print and no further amendments can be made.
 
Production & delivery:
Please allow up to 14 working days for dispatch of personalised products following final proof approval. Production times may vary depending on any proofing changes.
