Personalisation & design process:
After placing your order, you’ll be asked to provide the content needed for your newspaper, such as names, dates, stories, timelines or other agreed sections. Please ensure all information is submitted clearly and accurately to avoid delays.
 
Once designed, a digital PDF proof will be sent to you for approval. This is your opportunity to carefully check all content, spelling and layout and request any final changes. Once approved, the design will be sent to print and no further amendments can be made.
 
Production & delivery:
Please allow up to 14 working days for production and dispatch of personalised printed products following final proof approval. Production times may vary depending on proofing changes.
