Personalisation & proofing:
At checkout, you’ll be asked to provide the email address where your invitation details will be sent. After ordering, we’ll contact you via email to request the information needed for your invitation, such as names, dates, timings, location details and any additional wording.
 
A digital PDF proof will be emailed to you for approval within 5 working days of receiving your details. This is the stage to carefully review all wording, spelling and layout and request any final changes. Once approved, the design will be sent to print and no further amendments can be made.
 
Production & delivery:
Please allow up to 14 working days for dispatch of personalised products following final proof approval. Production times may vary depending on proofing changes.
